Privacy Policy for Tqvi
Effective September 10, 2026. This policy applies to the Tqvi apps for iOS, iPadOS, and Android.
Who is responsible
Fusion Codeworks, LLC operates Tqvi and is the controller for data described here. Contact us at tqvi@scratchbuffer.xyz.
Summary
Courses, learning progress, favorites, and settings stay on your device. Tqvi has no user accounts and no advertising. Optional telemetry is off until you choose to enable it, and you can turn it off in Settings.
Optional usage analytics
If you opt in, Tqvi uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Microsoft Clarity to collect fixed app-usage events, app-instance identifiers, coarse country or region derived from your IP address, device and app details, and interaction data such as taps and gestures. Text you type is masked in session replay. We do not send lesson answers as text, course content, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Optional crash reports
If you separately opt in, Tqvi sends crash and error reports through the Sentry protocol to a self-hosted Bugsink service operated by Fusion Codeworks, LLC. Reports can contain stack traces, occurrence codes, an installation identifier, and device, operating-system, and app details.
Service providers and retention
- Google Analytics for Firebase: analytics event data follows the configured GA4 retention period. Deleting the Firebase installation purges associated analytics data within 180 days.
- Microsoft Clarity: session playback data is normally retained for 30 days; labeled or favorited sessions may be retained for up to 13 months.
- Self-hosted Bugsink: crash data is retained for the configured project retention period on infrastructure controlled by Fusion Codeworks, LLC.
Telemetry is encrypted in transit. Google and Microsoft may process data internationally under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can withdraw either telemetry choice at any time in Tqvi Settings. Turning a choice off stops that collection and clears queued data for the affected service. To request deletion of server-side telemetry associated with your installation, email tqvi@scratchbuffer.xyz.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes purchases and subscriptions. Fusion Codeworks, LLC does not receive or store your payment-card details.
Children and policy changes
Tqvi is not directed at children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction. If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and request consent again where required.
